As our Freedom of Information policy explains, the PRP is not currently listed within the schedule to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (‘the Act’) and so is not a body to which its provisions apply. The PRP’s Board nevertheless proposes that it will operate as if the provisions of the Act applied to it, including producing and operating a publication scheme and considering and responding to information requests.
