The PRP Board recognised IMPRESS as an approved regulator on 25 October 2016.
If you work for IMPRESS, or for a publication that subscribes to IMPRESS, if you have any concerns about the regulator’s on-going compliance with the Charter criteria, you should raise them with the appropriate person within your organisation.
However, we understand that this might not be easy, and that you might not always feel comfortable voicing concerns in that way. To overcome this, we provide an anonymous, free and confidential service for you to report concerns.
Call free, 24/7 on 0800 374199.
The service is run by Expolink on the PRP’s behalf. Expolink is an independent organisation employing impartial staff who are trained to handle these types of calls. The information you provide will be passed securely to the PRP’s Chief Executive, Susie Uppal. You can choose to remain completely anonymous, with only details concerning your report being passed to us.
